AN INSIDE LOOK

I earned my PhD early from The School of Life through real raw life experiences.  

 

Having had to overcome some very traumatic and painful life experiences of being homeless, surviving emotional and physical abuse, abandonment, poverty and having an identity crisis due to being multi-racial, I set out to make sense of it all.

 I dived deep into exploring energetic laws, spirituality, quantum and metaphysics, foods and our physical bodies. I researched how everything in our Universe is connected as I worked to apply my findings to my own life.  I learned how to elevate my own inner consciousness, brain-heart coherence and meditative practices. 

 

Through this journey, I gained a deep understanding on how we can trigger inner transformation and affect change for ourselves and the world around us.

​When I get asked where I studied or how I know what I know and do what I do? I cannot answer it from a text book or from an academic standpoint. A standpoint which society has used credentials and academia to validate ones credibility, value and self-worth.  I answer from the wealth of experiences which my life afforded me. 

 

I have spent 30 plus years doing my own inner transformation and spending over two decades professionally helping others do the same. Raising peoples level of consciousness to create new realities has always been my destiny.

The origins, the essence and the foundation of the work I do comes from a very sacred place.  For my father discovered my ability to understand life from what sometimes felt wasn't explainable to others around me.  He would nurture this gift in me as he lead me on the path to seek an even higher understanding of spirituality, the foods we eat, nature and our bodies.  It was just a matter of time for science to take it's right place alongside the other interests that captured my heart.

My father ingrained a scripture in me which I follow to this very day, "Seek Ye The Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and All Will Be Added To You." Study thyself, know thyself because once you know the TRUTH of who you are and can love your truth, God promises all will be added on to you. On the journey to TRUTH, I found myself through the lens of love.  Coming to this profound sense of love, has raised my level of consciousness and transformed my identity. This was the gateway into me building a new relationship with a vision for my future.

​This has aligned my entire life's purpose, my mission, my contribution to my family and humanity. To be the first in my family to create a new legacy by creating desired transformation.
